Organizational Structure:​

iCAN employees are highly qualified youth service professionals and urban youth who demonstrate strong leadership skills in their school and community

• The Executive Team manages daily business operations, programmatic development and implementation, and mentorship of youth executives.

• The Youth Executive Team assist with programmatic development and they serve as youth project facilitators.
